UDC (Urban Defensive Concepts) Adults only
Monday evenings : 8:00pm - 9:00pm
All new students get two obligation free lessons in order to see if they enjoy the classes. If the student then wants to continue their training, membership and uniforms are organised (note that UDC classes do not require uniforms).
Monthly class fees are applicable, with special family rates available. Freestyle Combat is family oriented, so we like to make it as affordable as possible for the whole family to train.
